Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of treating syndrome of Qi-astheniaand Phlegm-Stasis of stable angina caused by CHD through applying the Yiqitongguandecoction and the safety research.Methods: According to the cases into the standard, Choose between January2013andJanuary2013in the first affiliated hospital of shandong university of TCM emergencywards in the hospital and outpatients diagnosed with a total of60patients with stableangina pectoris of coronary heart disease, in accordance with the principle of simplerandom, control is divided into treatment group30cases and control group30cases. Thecontrol group with oral aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride, differentyamanashi nitrate ester, metoprolol, atorvastatin, such as drugs, treatment group on thebasis of control drug to Yiqitongguan decoction treatment, treatment of4weeks.Respectively on two groups of patients with TCM syndrome, the degree of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram, blood lipid,hemorrheology, c-reactive protein level changes, safety testwere observed and compared. Finally uses SPSS17.0statistical software for data analysis,draw the conclusion.Results: Through statistical analysis, it shows that Yiqitongguan decoction for coronaryheart disease angina pectoris and electrocardiogram (ecg), etc all have remarkable curative effect, the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group. Treatment ofTCM syndrome integral, the treatment group had obvious improvement, and better than thecontrol group, at the same time improve blood lipids, hemorrheology, c-reactive proteinand other aspects of the treatment group also has obvious effect. There was no adversereactions, clinical observation in the process of no abnormal change all security detectionindex.Conclusion: Yiqitongguan decoction with conventional western medicine therapy canobviously improve the coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris clinical curative effect,compared with western medicine routine treatment can obviously relieve angina andimprove myocardial ischemia, alleviate the major symptoms such as chest pain, chesttightness, can regulate blood lipid, blood rheology and c-reactive protein, improve clinicalcurative effect and TCM symptoms curative effect, and can effectively prevent the furtherprogress of coronary heart disease. Above all, Yiqitongguan decoction is a treatment ofcoronary heart disease stable angina qi deficiency blood stasis and phlegm turbidityresistance the effective prescription, and without any adverse reaction in clinicalobservation, can be in a wider range of clinical application of treatment of coronary heartdisease.
