The Clinical Study Of Renshenyangyingjiajian Decoction To Treat The Stable Angina Of Coronary Heart Disease Caused By Qi And Yin Deficiency And Phlegm Stagnation Obstructing Meridian

Objective： To study the theory and clinical value of Renshenyangyingjiajiandecoction to treat the stable angina of coronary heart disease caused by qi and yindeficiency and phlegm stagnation obstructing meridian.Methods：60patients of stable angina of coronary heart disease were randomlydivided into the experimental group(30cases)and the control group(30cases). Each groupwas treated with western medicine as a primary treatment.The experimental group wasdosed Renshenyangyingjiajian decoction.The course of clinical treatment is four weeks.Then we observed the changes before and after treatment in two groups of patients insymptoms,signs,clinical manifestations, electrocardiogram, TCM syndrome index.Results：1.Angina pectoris curative effect, total effective rate of experimental groupwas73.3%which is better than the control group of60.0%(P＜0.05).2.The degree ofreducing symptoms total score of the curative group was evidently superior than thecontrol group(P＜0.01).3. Compared with the control group,the experimental group cansignificantly improved the single symptoms in TCM.(P＜0.05)4.Ecg curative effect of theexperimental group was markedly20.0%, total effective rate was90.0%which are betterthan the control group of13.3%in markedly effective rate and43.3%in the total effectiverate(P＜0.01).5.The experimental group was markedly improved in myocardial ischemiaload,blood lipids,hs-CRP and blood rheology than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion：This study indicates Renshenyangyingjiajian decoction has significantly curative effect on treating the Stable angina of Coronary Heart Disease,obviously alleviatemain symptoms such as chest pain,improve myocardial ischemia and bloodrheology,regulate blood lipids.Bad effect has not token place.It can be promoted in theclinic.
