Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating Hepatic Stasis Spleen Deficiency Syndrome of Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Shuganjianpi soup.Method:Divided 60 patients of standards into two groups randomly, Each group has 30 patients.Shuganjianpi soup is taken by each patients in treatment group, Loperamide Hydrochloride Capsules are taken by each patients in control group. Both groups were treated for thirty days. No other medicine is taken during this period. To observe the clinical symptoms, signs and safety indicators such as blood, urine, heart, liver, renal functions.Two groups were maken a comparative analysis.Results:In 7 days observation efficient, integral, compared with before treatment, both groups were have no significant difference (P>0.05), and between two groups have no significant difference (P>0.05). In 14 days, compared with before treatment, treatment group was significant difference (P<0.05) and control group have no significant differences (P>0.05), the group is also significantly between differences (P<0.05). In 21 days and 28 days, observation efficiency, integral, compared with before treatment, two groups have remarkable difference (P<0.01), between two groups have significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Shuganjianpi soup have effective in treatment of Hepatic Stasis Spleen Deficiency Syndrome of Irritable Bowel Syndrome.2.Shuganjianpi soup can effectively alleviate total symptomsof Hepatic Stasis Spleen Deficiency Syndrome of Irritable Bowel Syndrome.3. The onset time of Shuganjianpi soup was earlier than Loperamide Hydrochloride Capsules.
