The Clinical Study On The Therapy Effcet Chemotherapy Combined With Runing Tang For The Patients Of Postoperative Breast Cancer

Object: To observe the clinical therapy effect of chemotherapy combined with Ru Ning Tang for postoperative breast cancer.Methods: We divided 60 cases of postoperative breast cancer patients into two groups randomly from Feb 2007 to Nov 2008 with which treated FEC chemotherapy. The treatment group modified with Ru Ning Tang, the control group without traditional medicine. We compared and analyzed the two groups on the situation of chemotherapy, general reaction, gastrointestinal reaction, blood routine test and relapse-metastasis in one year.Results: The treatment group can hold the chemotherapy course for 100%, and the control group only can hold for 90%. The treatment group show slightly symptoms of gastrointestinal reaction and arrest of bone marrow compared with control group. Since the researchment was observed in short time, there is no clear difference on local relapse and metastasis.Conclusion: The clinical study shows Ru Ning Tang plays a very important role and sensitive effection for chemotherapy patients of postoperative breast cancer, it can reduce the symptoms of gastrointestinal reaction such as nausea and vomitting, arrest of bone marrow and promot the immunologic function.
