| Objective:To investigate the effect of Tian Di Gui Ning Tang on the dizziness due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency of Liver deficiency of vitalness of the kidneys empty and Phlegm Stasis Anti-winds,,and to study its effective mechanism Methods:This research integrates patient 62 cases, divided into two groups randomly.Tian Di Gui Ning Tang group of 32 persons, as compared with Decides the dizzy piece group of 30 persons.According to Chinese medicine symptom curative effect determination standard from "Traditional Chinese medicine New Medicine Clinical research Guiding principle", to compare with treatment around patient's clinical symptoms and laboratory inspection change situation. Results:In the treatment group, the obvious effectivl se rate is 31.25%, the total effective rate 87.50%ï¼›and in the control group the obvious effective rate is 13.33 %, the total effective rate is 63.33%.After statistics analysis,the treatment group obvious efficiency and the control group obvious efficiency must be higher than in the control group, but does not have statistics significance.Treatment group total effectiveness surpasses the control group obviously, has statistics significance (P<0.05).After the treatment, besides blood fats LDL-C,the blood stream changs and TCD have the distinct improvement function.The experimentatudy indicates that Tian Di Gui Ning Tang may improve on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome. Conclusion:Tian Di Gui Ning Tang can improve the mechanism and effectiveness on the dizziness due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency, and may improve the blood fats, the blood stream changes, the TCD target,and the curative effect is remarkable. initially,it is worthy of further study.
