Objective: Discuss the level of blood gastrointestinal hormones in PCS (postchole-cystectomy syndrome) and their clinical significance, observe the clinical curative effect ofDan Ning Tang, and assess the active mechanism.Methods:1. Detected the level of GAS and CCK in the blood of60patients (PCSgroup) who met the inclusion criterion, and compared them with30normal human’s(normal group),to observe the serum level of GAS and CCK changes of the PCS group.2.Divided the60PCS patients into trial group (30cases) and control group (30cases). Thetrial group were treated with Dan Ning Tang, and the control group were treated withAnethol trithione, the course of treatment was four weeks.3. Observe the level of GAS andCCK changes in the two groups befor and after the treatment.4. Observe the total effectiverate、the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom、the adverse reaction and therelapse rate after six months of the trial group and the control group.Results:1. Compared to the normal group, the level of GAS in PCS group improvedsignificantly (P<0.05), and the level of CCK in PCS group reduced significantly (P<0.01).2. After the treatment, the trial group level of GAS is significantly lower than that beforetreatment (P<0.01), but for the control group, the level of GAS has no significantdifference through the treatment (P>0.05).The effect of the trial group is better than that inthe control group, and there is a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3. After the treatment, the trial group and the control group can both rise thelevel of CCK on different degree (P<0.01or P<0.05), but the effect of the trial group isbetter, P<0.01, and the difference is statistically significant.4. After the treatment, the totaleffect rate:93.33%in the trial group and70%in the control group, the trial group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5. Afterthe treatment, the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom and main symptomintegral of the trial group and the control group had improvement on varyingdegrees(P<0.01or P<0.05).But for the diarrhea and depression or restless emotion、lots ofdeep sign,et al,the trial group was better than the control group significantly (P<0.01orP<0.05).6. The adverse reaction: the trial group was significantly lower than the controlgroup (P<0.05).7. The relapse rate:10.7%in the trial group and38.1%in the control group, the trial group was statistically lower than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:1. Compared to the normal group, the PCS patients have higher level ofGAS and lower level of CCK, suggesting that the abnormal change of the gastrointestinalhormones is an important reason for this disease.2. Dan Ning Tang is a safe and effectivetreatment for PCS, and its active mechanism is reducing the level of GAS, improving thelevel of CCK, adjusting the function of the biliary tract, and improving the movement ofthe gastrointestinal tract, to achieve the aim of curing PCS.
