Clinical Study Of Treatment In Primary Dysmenorrheal With Syndrome Of Congealing Cold With Blood Stasis By Nuan Gong Ning Xin Tang

Objective:This research is based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)as the guide,for the primary dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation blood stasis,using Nuan Gong Ning Xin Tang as the basis of observation before and after treatment of menstruation or menstrual lower abdomen with refusing contact on cold pain surface area,paleness of the cheek area,feeling of nausea,dizziness,fatigue,vomiting,cold sweat,cold limbs,numbness and pain in the legs and waist area and other physical symptoms.Thus,an objective assessment of Nuan Gong Ning Xin Tang treatment of cold blood coagulation type of primary dysmenorrhea clinical efficacy,and further implore the procedure of treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and cold coagulation of blood stasis and its efficiency.Procedure:Contracted with primary dysmenorrhea and cold coagulation of blood stasis,40 diagnosed patients were treated with Nuan Gong Ning Xin Tang for three menstrual cycles.The resulting scores of dysmenorrhea score and the score of syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis before and the resulting scores of dysmenorrhea score and the score of syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis after treatment,and to further discuss the effectiveness of Nuan Gong Ning Xin Tang on dispelling cold coagulation of blood stasis and relieving patients of the pain.Results:Out of 40 cases of patients with primary dysmenorrhea and cold coagulation of blood stasis,Nuan Gong Ning Xin Tang was very effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold and blood stasis type in 10 cases(25.00%),markedly effective in 18 cases(45.00%),effective in 8 cases(20.00%),ineffective in 4 cases(10.00%).Hence,the total resulting effectiveness rate was 90.00%.which proved the Nuan Gong Nin Xin Tang to be highly effective.The resulting dysmenorrhea score,syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome decreased significantly after treatment,as compared to before treatment,with a statically significant difference(P<0.05),without any significant allergies or adverse events that were noted during the treatment and even after the discontinuation of treatment.Conclusion:Nuan Gong Ning Xin Tang can highly effectively eliminate or relieve dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation of blood stasis,with a success rate of 90%,Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms of patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation of blood stasis type,with number of incidence of adverse effects at zero.Nuan Gong Ning Xin Tang can undoubtedly and definitely improve the quality of life of patients.Nuan Gong Ning Xin Tang is also a safe and highly effective approach and treatment of diagnosed patients,in the clinical application of a wide variety,worthy of clinical use and further research.
