Objective: Observe Qufeng Zhiyang soup clinical effect of treatment Perianal itehing.Method: To meet the standards observed 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 50 cases.Treatment group to Qufeng Zhiyang soup 500mL adding an appropriate amount of local external wash with warm water,daily morning and evening, about 15 to 20 minutes each time.Control group to the local washed with warm water ,wipe and Pi Yan Ping Ointment rubbed amount of local, daily morning and evening.Two are 10 days for a course, a course of observation after the comparison.To perianal itching, perianal skin lichenification to improve the situation as a therapeutic efficacy standards.Result: Application Qufeng Zhiyang soup, washing treatment after a course of treatment, the selected 100 cases for statistical analysis. Treatment group :Pruritus therapeutic efficacy was 96%, perianal skin lichenification effective rate of 94%.Control group:Pruritus therapeutic efficacy was 84%, perianal skin lichenification effective rate of 84%.Between the two groups to reduce itching, reduce effects perianal skin lichenification, there were significant differences,Treatment group was significantly better than the control group, there was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Qufeng Zhiyang soup treatment of perianal itching disease is significantly, in improving perianal itching and perianal skin lichenification with satisfactory effect. No significant adverse clinical.It is easy to use, effective and reliable, no toxic side effects, clinical application should be spread.
