| Objective:Observe Qufeng anti-itch plaster clinical effect of treatment perianal itching.Method:This study is based on GuoYaoHui mentor for many years in clinical NMS treatment experience,We did this clinical research according to the clinical results of qufeng anti-itch plaster treating perianal itching. To divid the 100 patients which accord with this study standard into two groups randomly."treatment group and control group. The treatment group patients inunction affected part with qufeng anti-itch plaster after washing it, each time in Every morning and evening. The control group patients inunction affected part with Snake fat ointment in the same way. Both groups be treated 12 days for a course. Recording two groups improvement detailedly about Perianal itching and Perianal skin moss samples change lesions, then observing and statistical analysis the before and after treatment.Result:Statistical analyzing the 50 patients of treatment group after A period of treatment,its efficiency is 98% for Itchiness improvement, and 100% for Perianal skin moss kind change.The control group efficiency is 72% and 28% respectively. By statistical processing, there are obvious differences between two groups for relieving itching and reducing moss kind change. The treatment group was significantly better than control.(p<0.05)Conclusion:Qufeng anti-itch plaster compatibility is rigorous and sophisticated,it has the efficacy of qufeng wins wet, Insecticidal anti-itching, qingrejiedu,and huoxue remove stasis.Its efficacy is obvious for improveing symptoms of perianal itching and perianal skin moss kind change,it is an effective clinical drug for treating perianal itching.There is no obvious adverse reactions for Qufeng anti-itch plaster be applided to clinical treatment,it is convenient for patients to bring and use.and has a reliable curative effect. It is a safe and effective proprietary Chinese medicine preparations, and be worth of popularization. |
