| Objective:Observed by studying intestinal Hirayu diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome clinical efficacy of liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods:A randomized method. The cases met the inclusion criteria of 60 cases using the statistical software were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases were intestinal Ping Tang and Bifido to treatment, both groups were taking four weeks. After treatment were observed and recorded D-IBS symptoms and signs as well as treatment side effects.Results:(1) clinical symptoms:Clinical symptoms of the total effective rate was 90%, control group, the total effective rate was 66.7%, treatment group than the control group, (P<0.05); (2) the main symptom score before and after treatment comparison:After treatment, symptoms improved significantly than that before treatment (P<0.01); while the control group only in stool symptoms of diarrhea and abdominal pain than before treatment both improved (P<0.05); treatment in depression or irritability, loss of appetite, lassitude and other symptoms in the treatment group compared with the control group were significantly different (P <0.01); (3) total score of symptoms after treatment compared:the two groups after treatment than before treatment the total symptom score decreased significantly (P<0.01), treatment group, total score of symptoms decreased after the treatment than the control group total score (P<0.05); (4) two sets of adverse drug reactions and safety assessment: the treatment and control groups were not found any adverse reaction, two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood, urine, then conventional, ECG, liver and kidney function did not significantly change, prompt treatment group and control group had no significant side effects.Conclusion:This clinical study showed that treatment of intestinal Ping Tang is an effective prescription D-IBS. The effect is better than Bifido group can be extended in the clinic, in its mechanism may be a new discovery. |
