Clinical Observation On Post Stroke Depression Treated By Tri-tongue-acus And Inject In Back-shu Acupoints With Thread Therapy

Objectiv:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of tri-tongue-acus and inject in back-shu acupoints with thread on post stroke depression treated. Also to explore the more formal kind of acupuncture treatment of post stroke depression treated.Methods:60 cases of patients after stroke were randomly divided into two groups: tri-tongue-acus and inject in back-shu acupoints with thread group(Treatment group) and conventional acupuncture group (Control group), which accord with the diagnostic criteria of stroke and with dysphagia. Observe the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups after treatment, then compare the watian's water drinking test, dysphagia score and clinical efficacy.Result:(1) Compared before and after treatment, the differences in the two methods of acupuncture treatment of post stroke depression treated were statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment group total effectiveness reaches 86.67%, The control group total effectiveness reaches 76.67%. Two groups comparisons have the remarkable statistics significance(P<0.05) (2) The watian's water drinking test of two groups were all decreased, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared two groups after therapy, the differences have statistically significant(P<0.05). (3) The dysphagia score of two groups were all decreased, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared two groups after therapy, the differences have statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Tri-tongue-acus and inject in back-shu acupoints with thread and conventional acupuncture group have good clinical efficacy in post stroke depression treated. (2)Tri-tongue-acus and inject in back-shu acupoints with thread was better than conventional acupuncture in improving swallow function of post stroke depression treated. (3) The method of tri-tongue-acus and inject in back-shu acupoints with thread is simply,satety and inexpensive, it is worth of further in-depth research and can be wide spreading in clinical application.
