Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the addition and subtraction fang treatment with the combination of the tri-tongue-acus and the Jieyudan after cerebral infarction of motor aphasia of wind phlegm blood stasis blocking type.Method:Classify the60cases of motility aphasia patients after cerebral infarction which meet the standards and randomly divided them into treatment group and control group,30cases in each group. Both groups treat after the basic treatment. The treatment group,30patients treat with the addition and subtraction fang treatment with the combination of the tri-tongue-acus and the Jieyudan. While the30patients of the control group uses the addition and subtraction fang treatment of Jieyudan, but not treat with acupuncture. Two groups treat4weeks. The two groups of patients are detected in accordance with the "Western aphasia battery of tests" score, including the spontaneous speech, repetition ability, and then evaluate and compare the efficacy of the two methods.Results:1. After treatment, two groups of patients of spontaneous speech ability score is information pre-treatment improved obviously, differences have highly statistically significant(p<0.01); The treatment group and control group increase significantly higher, the difference between two groups have highly statistically significant (p<0.01).2. After treatment, two groups of patient, the ability of the spontaneous speech fluency score is obviously improve the pre-treatment, differences have highly statistically significant(p<0.01); The treatment group and control group increase significantly higher, the difference between two groups have highly statistically significant(p<0.01).3. After treatment, two group of the patients significantly improved the score of the ability of repeat in the spontaneous speech than compared with the pre-treatment, but there are highly statistically significant differences (p<0.01). And the treatment group amplification is significantly higher than the control group, the difference between two groups have highly statistically significant (p<0.01). Conclusion:The addition and subtraction fang treatment with the combination of the tri-tongue-acus and the Jieyudan has a better aphasia efficacy in the treatment of cerebral infarction of wind phlegm blood stasis blocking type:to increase the amount of information in patients with spontaneous speech, fluency, and retelling skills.which gives it a promising clinical application prospects.
