The Therapeutic Effects Of Yi Qi Huo Xue Tang On Fibroblast In Oral Submucous Fibrosis

Objective:To estimate the therapeutic effects of YiQi HuoXue Tang (YQHXT)on oralsubmucous fibrosis(OSF).Methods:Sixty cases with oral submucosa fibrosis were randomly divide into the YQHXT group and the LeiGong Teng DuoDai(LGTDD) group,with 30 in each.The YQHXT group were treated with YQHXT and those in LGTDD group were treated with LGTDD.One moth was as one therapeutic course and all lasted for three moths.Results:The function of YQHXT can significant improve clinical symptom and symptoms and each index of hemorheology.The YQHXT have an advantage the LGTDD.The significamtly effective rate of YQHXT was 100% for OSF. The therapeutic efficacy of YQHXT have an advantage significant the LGTDD (P<0.05)Conclusion:The YQHXT have effects of promoting qi to activate blood and removing blood stasis.
