SICAM-1,sTM In Antiphospholipd Syndrome In Patients With Deep Vein Thrombosis And The Significance Of The Detection

Objects:To detect the concentration of soluble intercellular adhesionmolecule-l(sICAM-l) and soluble thrombomodulin protein(sTM) in patients of antiphospholipidsyndrome with spontaneous abortion,research their role of the pathogenesis of antiphospholipidsyndrome.Methods: The serum samples,which were obtained from the study group composed of 30APS patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,from the control groupⅠ,composedof 20 non-APS patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis and from the controlgroupⅡ,composed of 20 normal person,were measured by Enzyme-Linked immunosorbantassay for ACA,αβ2GPI,sICAM-1 and sTM.Plasma viscosity was measured byautomatic-hemorheologic machine.Results:(l)sICAM-1 concentration of the study group,the control groupⅠandⅡwere 299.09±12.05ng/ml,218.50±11.17ng/ml and 212.49±10.15ng/ml sTM concentration in these threegroups were 23.57±2.08ng/ml,12.05±0.70ng/ml and 12.66±1.20ng/ml.The study groupdemonstrated significantly higher concentration of sICAM-1 and sTM than that of the controlgroupⅠandⅡ(P<0.001).Between the control groupⅠandⅡthere have no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)In ACA positive patients of the Study Group,ACA,sICAM- 1 and sTM concentration,was 12.17±2.82u/ml,335.45±14.88ng/ml and 19.20±2.28ng/ml. The Pearson correlationcoefficient between ACA and sICAM-l,sTM was 0.445(P<0.05),0.502(P<0.01). Therelationship of ACA and sICAM-l,sTM is positive correlation.Inαβ2GPⅠpositive patients,αβ2GPI,sICAM-1 and sTM concentration was 11.36±1.26u/ml,313.58±13.77ng/ml and 20.67±2.25ng/ml.The Pearson correlation coefficientbetweenαβ2GP 1 and sICAM-1,sTM was 0.779(P<0.001),0.803(P<0.001).The relationship ofαβ2GP 1 and sICAM-l sTM is positive correlation. (3)In the study group,the Pearson correlation coefficient between sICAM-1 and sTMconcentration was 0.662(p<0.001),the two are positive correlated.The plasma viscosity was 1.72±0.13mPa·s,which demonstrated higher concentration than that of the control groupⅠandⅡ(P<0.001).The Pearson correlation coefficient between sICAM-1 and plasma viscosity was0.557(P<0.001),the two are positive correlated.(4) In the study group,ACA,αβ2GPI,sICAM-1,sTM concentration and plasma viscosityof before treatment was 13.18±5.04u/ml,9.59±8.7u/ml,299.09±12.05ng/ml,23.57±2.08ng/ml,1.72±0.13mPa·s,and of after treatment was 6.93±2.10u/ml,5.04±1.74u/ml,246.08±6.29ng/ml,14.13±l.26ng/ml,1.43±0.05mPa·s.The group after treatmentdemonstrated significantly lower concentration of each than the group beforetreatment(P<0.001).ConclusionsConclusions:(l) sICAM-1 and sTM correlate with APS.
