Objective: This topic through the aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(aSAH) patients serum sICAM-1content change dynamic detection, comparison of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage patients with normal serumconcentrations of sICAM-1quantity differences, analysis of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage patients serum content of sICAM-1change and cerebral vasospasm occurs when the item, the degree of correlation, discussed its as the condition judgment, observation curative effect, the effective index of the easibility of clinical treatment and prongosis in order to reduce the incidence of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral vasospasm and lethal morbidity. Methods: Collection of guilin medical college affiliated hospital neurosurgeryfrom March2012to May2013were between30cases of patients withaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (experimental group). Control group forthe same period to our hospital in10healthy adults physical examination.Experimental group patients after admission, after the onset of13d (beforethe operation),79d, early in the morning on an empty stomach take1113d peripheral venous blood of10ml, the control group was same as above, the number of extraction of venous blood, concentration detection. Collect age, gender and grade of Hunt, Fisher stage, all the inspection report, data, etc., arewithin72h after admission in patients with endovascular embolization. Diseasein patients after13d (before the operation)and79d with TCD detectionaverage middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity (VMCA), using themeasured blood flow velocity to determine whether the occurrence of cerebralvasospasm. Will any middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity (VMCA)>120cm/s judgement for cerebral vasospasm. Using enzyme-linked immuneadsorbent measurement analysis method (ELISA) to detect serum collectedsICAM-1concentration, postoperative outcomes (612months review ortelephone return) to GOS. Statistical methods spss12.0statistical package wasused to analyze data, measurement data with, according tocomparison between the two groups using “t” test, if the P>0.05determination,there was no statistically, and if the P <0.05was statistically significant.Results:1. Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage patients serum concentrations ofsICAM-1significantly higher normal adults, especially in the onset of79dafter the most obvious change, after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhagepatients bleeding sICAM-1levels compared with control group,(incidence after13d:314.21±94.92ng/ml, the control group218.14±64.33ng/ml, P <0.05;incidence after79d:486.62±83.38ng/ml,224.45±59.89ng/ml, control group P <0.05; incidence after1113d:295.94±64.67ng/ml, control group231.83±76.46ng/ml, P <0.05). Significant statistical difference.2. Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage in patients with early Hunt-Hessclass III IV group serum content of sICAM-1(384.45±59.89ng/ml) than I II grade group (288.14±64.33ng/ml)(P <0.05), there are significant differencestatistically significance.3. The aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage in patients with early Fisherclass III IV group serum sICAM-l content (416.62±83.38ng/ml) than I IIgrade group (294.21±94.92ng/ml)(P <0.05), there are significant differencestatistically significance.4. Arteries in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral vasospasmnon-tumor serum sICAM-l levels (264.12±64.22ng/ml.) Patients;. SerumsICAM-l levels in patients with mild cerebral vasospasm group (363±85.32ng/ml); moderate cerebral vasospasm serum sICAM-l levels (543.10±79.13ng/ml) patients; severity level of serum sICAM-l levels in patients withcerebral vasospasm group (694±77.21ng/ml).. And non-spasm group wassignificant compared to P <0.05, statistically significant differences.5. Artery aneurysms in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage GOS of13points early serum sICAM-l levels (587.00±73.55ng/ml) higher than the45group (284.07±62.34ng/ml)(P <0.05), the difference statistically significant.ConclusionS:Artery aneurysms in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage slCAM-1serum levels higher than the normal control group of adults, especiallyafter the onset of maximum79d content; higher early aneurysmalsubarachnoid hemorrhage Hunt-Hess grade and Fisher grade, slCAM-1serumlevels higher serum; slCAM-1levels may reflect the degree of severity of thepatient CVS, the more severe the degree of CVS, the higher slCAM-1levels,early slCAM-1levels in serum of patients can be used as an important indicatorof prognosis: slCAM-1content is higher, the worse the prognosis.
