Research Of Health Status And Health Intervention Programs In A Community In Baotou City

Objective:Understanding the basic information and the health status by the survey of the population structure, health status and intervention of the residents in community YouYi.Find the main health problems and make an accurate diagnosis, analysis the risk factors of community health, explore the methods of disease control and community health interventions, provide the basic information for designing public health policies in the relevant departments.Methods:Collecting data by questionnaire survey-home services. The questionnaire is used for "National Essential Public Health Practice (2009 edition)",which unified design the basic personal information table and the physical examination form. Make household surveys and the health file in groups by the received training medical staff from community health center.1550 cases were randomly selected for the survey by the number of community residents (resident number),1500 questionnaires were recovered, the questionnaire return rate was 96.77%. Entry the computer by the filing order and unify the numbers.Results:1. The total population is 1,500 in survey, average 52.28±17.64 years; male 863, mean 62.00±17.83 years; female 637, mean 52.66±17.38 years. 2. Over the age of 60-year in the community residents, account for561,37.5%, male301,34.9%, female260,40.8%; above the senior school education level, accounting for 372,24.8%; male215,24.9%, female 157,24.6%; the occupations of production transport and equipment operating, account,for636,42.4%; male406,47%, female230,36.1%; The basic medical insurance for urban workers, accounting forl 191,79.4%; male714,82.7%, female477,74.9%.3. the major chronic diseases in the community were: hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes,stroke, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cancer, detection rates were 21.3%,10.5%,6.2%,5.5%,3.7%, 0.2%.4. Multi-factor non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the main factors of hypertension were education, occupation, vegetarian diet, halophilic, age, diabetes, coronary heart disease and stroke; the main factors of diabetes were hypertension and age; the main factors of coronary heart disease were occupation, meat or fish diet, age and hypertension; the main factors of stroke were age and hypertension.Conclusion:1. the population in community YouYi was elder and it is an aging community.2. In the community,the population was generally lower educational level, the majority was primary and junior school,and lack of health knowledge and awareness; most of community residents were producers, transporters and equipment operators,most of the inhabitants had the basic urban workers and residents medical insurance.3. The major chronic diseases in the community were hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, stroke, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, malignant tumors.4. The chronic diseases suffered by community residents associated with a variety of factors,the main risk factors of hypertension were halophilic, age, diabetes, coronary heart disease and stroke, protective factors were education, occupation and the vegetarian diet; The main risk factors of diabetes were age and hypertension; the major risk factor of coronary heart disease were career, meat or fish diet, age and hypertension; the major risk factors for stroke were age and hypertension.5. We must vigorously carry out community health education and bad behavior intervention, particularly lifestyle intervention and changes,and strengthen chronic disease prevention and control of risk factors to improve the health level of community residents.
