The Clinical Study On Wang’s Menstrual Function Regulating Therapy For The Menstrual Ill-function Caused By Deficiencies Of Both Spleen And Kidney

Objective: Observe the clinical curative effects to the menstrual abnormal function based on Wang Huang combination therapy to treat menstrual ill-function caused by the deficiency of both spleen and kidney, thus providing theoretical support and scientific basis for clinical application.Method : 80 qualified patients were divided into 2 groups randomly: a treatment group and a control(comparison) group, with each group consisting of 40 patients. Each single patient was treated by either using Wang Huang menstrual ill-function treatment method or using Xia’s spleen and kidney enhancement therapy, respectively, Both groups were treated for a period on basis with a menstrual cycle, and three course of treatment had been carried out.Before and after treatments, the menstrual quantity of recovery with patients, the improvement of clinical symptoms, signs, the change of endometrium, BBT and side effects of drugs were observed.Result:1.The total clinical curative effect comparison: after three courses of treatment,treatment group total effective rate was 97.5%, control group total effective rate was 92.5%,two groups of clinical curative effect comparison P = 0.049(P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant, the treatment group is better than the control group.2.Menstrual quantity integral comparison: the two groups before treatment is P =0.812(P > 0.05), there was no statistically significant difference, together with comparability.Two groups after treatment compared before and after treatment,respectively, P = 0.000(P < 0.01), the difference was statistically significant, the two groups of medications can make menstrual quantity increased.And compare the two groups after treatment P = 0.017(P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant, the treatment group to the increased amount of menstruation is better than the control group.3.TCM syndrome integral comparison: the two groups before treatment is P = 0.957(P > 0.05), there was no statistically significant difference, together with comparability.Two groups after treatment compared before and after treatment,respectively, P = 0.000(P < 0.01), the difference was statistically significant, the two groups of drugs can improve clinical symptoms.And compare the two groups after treatment P = 0.044(P < 0.05) difference was statistically significant, the treatment groupis better than the control group on the improvement of the clinical symptoms.4.The endometrial thickness comparison: the two groups before treatment is P = 0.987(P >0.05), there was no statistically significant difference, together with comparability.Two groups after treatment compared before and after treatment, respectively, P = 0.000(P <0.01), the difference was statistically significant, the two groups of medications can promote the endometrial hyperplasia and repair.Comparing the two groups after treatment,P = 0.146. There was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05), and shows that two groups of drugs on endometrial hyperplasia and repair effect.5.BBT: two groups of patients before and after treatment are in two-phase, the basal body temperature shows that the two groups is not obvious influence on BBT.6. Safety and adverse reactions: two groups of patients before and after treatment were not presented any adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.Wang The two groups all can by increasing the menstrual quantity, improve the clinical symptoms and make endometrial thickening to achieve the goal of treatment.2.The increased endometrial thickness on the differences between the two groups, but increased in menstrual quantity, improve clinical symptoms and the total curative effect,taking the Wang Huang menstrual ill-function treatment method curative effect of treatment group were better than taking Xia’s spleen and kidney enhancement.
