Clinical Study On Cycle Treatment Of Endometriosis With QuYuHuaTan XiaoZheng Method

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of cycle treatment endometriosis, and through the clinical curative effect of two side before and after the treatment to observe the effect of patients with biochemical indexes, and discusses the internal mechanism. Methods:60 patients were divided into the treatment group(30 cases,treated with Huayuxiaozheng Decoction and Jingshuyin Decoction)and the control group(30 cases,treated with Danefukang ointment)at random.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms,physical sign and the immunity indexes,such as Cancer Antigen125(CA125), Endometrium Antibody(EmAb),T cell subgroups(CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8), blood rheology and the activity of blood NK cell were observed. Results:Huayuxiaozheng Decoction and Jingshuyin Decoction treatment of endometriosis markedly effective rate of 70.00%,the rate was 93.33%,its clinical efficacy and efficacy of Chinese medicine syndrome is better than the control group. Laboratory test results showed that: endometriosis patients with immune disorders,treatment before patients with the level of CA125,EmAb positive rate increased significantly,CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 lower than normal, peripheral NK cell activity Decreased significantly after treatment in patients with two levels of CA125,EmAb positive rate significantly lower,CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 ratio increased significantly,NK cell activity and blood rheology both increased. There are significant differences on all observed indexes between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the treatment of adenomyosis by stages using Huayuxiaozheng Decoction and Jingshuyin Decoction was better,the effect may be achieved through improving the condition of high condensation in blood and rectifying the unbalanced immunity of body.
