The Clinical Study On Sequential Cycle Treatment Of Endometriosis With BuShenHuaYuZhiTong Method

Objective:This paper is designed to observe the clinical effect and the biochemical indexes of Sequential cycle treatment of endometriosis with BuShenHuaYuZhiTong Method,and research the mechanism of its action preliminarily.Methods:69 patients were divided into the treatment group(35 cases,treated with Bushenyangjing Decoction,Huayuxiaozheng Decoction and Jingshuyin Decoction)and the control group(34 cases,treated with Liuweidihuang Capsule,Danefukang Ointment and Sanjiezhentong Capsule) at random.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms,physical sign and the Check indicators,such as Gynecological Ultrasound,Cancer Antigen125 (CA 125),Endometrium Antibody(EmAb), were observed.Results:The cure-markedly effective rate of the treatment group is 71.42%,and the total effective rate is 94.28%;its clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine syndrome and Pregnancy rate is better than the control group.Laboratory test results showed that: The treatment group excelled the control group in improving part of the indexes of CA125,EmAb positive rate. There are significant differences on all observed indexes between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the treatment of Endometriosis using Bushenyangjing Decoction,Huayuxiaozheng Decoction and Jingshuyin Decoction was better,the effect may be achieved through reducing the level of CA125, rectifying the unbalanced immunity of body,improving the condition of high condensation in blood,promoting the release of local adhesions and connective tissue and inhibiting ectopic endometrial growth.
