A Prospective Study Of Pingchong Huayu Tongluo Huatan Decoction In The Treatment Of Ovarian Endometriosis With Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Research purpose:This study is to evaluate the clinical effect of Pingchong Huayu Tongluo Huayu Recipe in the treatment of patients with sputum ovarian endometriosis,which is intended to seek a safer and more effective treatment for this patient.Method:Using a prospective,single-group,self-controlled study,the study screened patients from the gynaecological outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 1,2016 to June 31,2018,and collected the eligible inclusion criteria.Moreover,the medical history data of 54 patients with ovarian endometriosis who were excluded from the standard of shedding were not satisfied.Continuous oral administration of Pingchong Huayu Tongluo Recipe for 6 months,respectively,before treatment,after 3 months of treatment,treatment After 6 menstrual cycles,the average diameter of ovarian ectopic cysts,serum CA125 level,TCM syndrome scores and other indicators,and finally statistical analysis using SPSS23.0.Result:In the ovarian ectopic cyst size,serum CA125 level and TCM syndrome improvement,there was a significant improvement in the treatment of 3 menstrual cycles and 6 cycles after treatment,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the ovarian ectopic cysts decreased by an average of(1.20±0.30)cm,the effective rate of cyst treatment was 74.07%;the serum CA125 level decreased by(6.99±5.76)U/ml;the TCM syndrome score decreased(4.85±3.88),the total effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement was 51.85%;after 6 menstrual cycles,the average ovarian ectopic cyst decreased(1.60±0.29)cm,the effective rate of cyst treatment was 90.74%;serum CA125 level decreased(15.01±6.83)U/ml;TCM syndrome score decreased by(8.93±3.06)points,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement was 96.30%.Conclusion:Pingchong Huayu Tongluo Huayu Recipe has obvious clinical effects on phlegm and ovarian endometriosis,which can reduce ovarian ectopic cyst,reduce serum CA125 level,improve TCM syndrome,and no adverse reactions.
