The Clinical Study On Sequential Cycle Treatment Of Endometriosis With BuShenHuaYu Method

Objective:This paper is designed to observe the clinical effect and the biochemicalindexes of Sequential cycle treatment of endometriosis with BuShenHuaYu Method,andresearch the mechanism of its action preliminarily.Methods:80patients were divided into the treatment group(40cases,treated withZhuyuhuamo Decoction?Tianjingyiyin Decoction and Zhenyangcujin Decoction)and thecontrol group(40cases,treated with Sanjiezhendong Capsule?Liuweidihuang Pill andZishenyutai Pill) at random.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms?physical signand the Check indicators,such as Gynecological Ultrasound?Cancer Antigen125(CA125)?Endometrium Antibody(EmAb), were observed.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group is95%;its clinical efficacy ofChinese medicine syndrome and Pregnancy rate is better than the control group.Laboratorytest results showed that: The treatment group excelled the control group in improving partof the indexes of CA125,EmAb positive rate. There are significant differences on allobserved indexes between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the treatment of Endometriosis using ZhuyuhuamoDecoction? Tianjingyiyin Decoction and Zhenyangcujin Decoction was better,the effectmay be achieved through reducing the level of CA125, rectifying the unbalanced immunityof body,improving the condition of high condensation in blood,promoting the release oflocal adhesions and connective tissue and inhibiting ectopic endometrial growth.
