Clinical Study On The Effect Of HuaYuXiaoZheng Decoction In Treating Endometriosis

Objective:To observe the effect of HuaYuXiaoZheng Decoction(HYXZHD) in treating endometriosis and to explore its mechanism.Methods: 60 patients were divided into the treatment group(30 cases,treated with HYXZD) and the control group(30 cases, treated with XueFuZhuYu Capsule) at random.Before and after treatment, the clinical symptom, physical sign, blood rheology ,immunity and the blood supply of uterus were observed. ResultsrThe totle effective rate of the treatment group were 90.00%,while those of the control group were 63.33%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Before treatment the indexes of blood rheology , the serum levels of CD4 and the ratio of CD4 to CDg were significantly above normality (P<0.01), the serum levels of CD3 , CD8 and the activity of blood NK cell were significantly below normality (P<0.01) .After HYXZD treatment ,the above indexes were significantly improved (P<0.05).ConcIusion: HYXZD is an effective recipe in treating endometriosis. The effect may be achieved by bettering the pelvic blood circulation , improving the blood rheology and rectifying the immunity dysfunction.
