The Repeated Measurement Design Study Of The Therapeutic Effects Of Roujin Side On Tension-Type Headache Fengyuhou

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Roujin Decoction combined with Shufengquyu Decoction treat tension-type headache patients with Fengyuhou, access to get effective clinical evidence with a view to the clinical treatment of tension-type headache to provide new and effective ideas and methods.Methods:60 patients with Tension-type Headache Fengyuou were randomly divided into two groups:Roujin Decoction combined with Shufengquyu Decoction group as the treated group and Xuefuzhuyu Capsule group as the control group, treatment time is 42 days. Observed before, during and after treatment in patients with primary headache symptom, accompanying symptoms, SAS and SDS score, as well as WHOQOL-BREF score changes, using repeated measurements design of statistical methods, scientific evaluation of the efficacy between the two groups' clinical efficacy and the anxiety, depression and quality of life score changes.Results:After statistical analysis, Treatment group total effective rate was 83.33%, control group was 76.67%, total effective rate between the two groups was of significant difference (P=0.021<0.05) In the treatment group, the reduce of headache index, SAS Scale score, SDS scale score is more effective than the control group (P<0.01), in improving patients'WHOQOL-BREF score in the field of physical and psychological, the treatment group is more effective than the control group (P<0.01), the field scores of the social relations and the environment, the treatment group and control group results are not clear and there is no difference between the groups (P> 0.05).In the comparison of the symptoms of both groups before and after the treatment, the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the efficacy in patients with vertigo symptoms, with a very significant difference (P <0.01), in improving dry mouth, irritability, insomnia symptoms good results, with significant difference (P<0.05), in improving the tinnitus, tongue, menstrual symptoms such difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).Conclusion:In compared with Xuefuzhuyu Capsule, Roujin Side combined with Shufengquyu Decoction treated Tension-type Head Fengyuhou not only got a better effect of reduce headaches, dizziness, dry mouth, irritability, insomnia and other symptoms associated with, but also can be a good improvement in patients with anxiety, depression, and can significantly improve the patient's physical and mental quality of life.
