Clinical Research On The Treatment For Chronic Eczema (the Type O Spleen-deficiency And Blood-dryness) With Jianpiyangxue Decoction

Objective:According to the cause and mechanism of chronic eczema,to observe the effect of jianpijiedutang on the treatment of lesion improvement and itching extent so as to verify its clinic effect and make a further guide for clinic practice.Methods:125 patients with chronic eczema were divided randomly into the treatment group (66 cases) treated with JianPiRunFuZhiYang Decoction and the control group(59cases) treated with Loratadine capsule,Both groups had given the same external treatment and four-weeks as a courses of treatment. The whole trial followed by random and single blind principle, Analyzed data based on effective and symptoms as well as PASI after treatment. Result: The effective rate in the treatment group were 89.39% significantly higher than that of the control group (55.93%)(p<0.05). both of groups have improvement on skin lesion.(p<0.01), and the former is better.Conclusion:The JianPiYangXue Decoction has the notable effective for Chronic eczema, its improvement of clinical symptoms and effect are significantly higher than control group.
