| Objective: The purpose of this thesis is to observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Chushi Qingre Decoction in the treatment of chronic eczema of spleen deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome,and to detect changes in serum IL-6 levels before and after treatment in order to clarify the role and mechanism of Jianpi Chushi Qingre Decoction in the treatment of the eczema,and to provide a safe and effective method or idea for the clinical treatment of chronic eczema.Methods: The authors of this thesis divided the 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria into two groups by random number table method,including 36 patients in the treatment group and 36 patients in the control group.Paeonol ointment was applied to the patients in the treatment group and the control group.In addition,the patients in the treatment group took Jianpi Chushi Qingre Decoction,and the patients in the control group took citdecloratadine.The medication cycle is one course of treatment,which is four weeks.After the treatment,the EASI score,TCM syndrome score,itching,DIQI score and serum IL-6level of the two groups of patients before and after treatment will be compared and analyzed,and followed up for 3 months to understand the recurrence.Results:1.There were 72 patients in the two groups.During the experiment,2 patients in the test group withdrew,and 3 patients in the control group withdrew.Therefore,a total of 67 effective cases were collected in the end.The two groups of patients were comparable in baseline data such as gender,age,course of disease,condition,and serum IL-6 level(P>0.05).2.After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was88.24%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.73%.Obviously,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).3.After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and EASI scores of the test group and the control group were lower than before treatment(P <0.05),but the treatment group was more significantly reduced than the control group.(P <0.05)4.After the treatment,the itching score and DIQI score of the test group and the control group were lower than before treatment(P <0.05).However,the difference in the degree of reduction between the two groups was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).5.Before treatment,the serum IL-6 levels of the test group and the control group were higher than those of the healthy control group(P <0.05).After the treatment,the serum IL-6levels of the test group and the control group were lower than before treatment(P <0.05);after the treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the serum IL-6levels of the two groups and the healthy control group(P > 0.05).6.After the treatment,all patients were followed up for 3 months,and the relapse rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Through the above research and analysis by the author,it was found that Jianpi Chushi Qingre Decoction has better clinical effect in the treatment of chronic eczema.Its therapeutic effect is better than that of citratrazadine tablet;it can also adjust the serum IL-6 level of patients during treatment;In addition,compared with citridazidine tablet,there are also clear advantages in controlling disease recurrence. |
