The Clinical Observation Of Elderly Isolated Systolic Hypertension Treated With Combined TCM-WM Therapy

Objective:Observation of the sanjia fumai decoction of the elderly with isolated systolic hypertension and pulse pressure of clinical symptoms.Methods:86 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group43cases, the treatment group used Calcium-Channel Blocker (Amlodipine Besylate Tablets)with the sanjie fumai decoction treatment,the control group were treated by Calcium-Channel Blocker(Amlodipine Besylate Tablets);observed before and after treatment in patients with symptoms and blood pressure changes,and blood and urine routine,liver function,kidney function and other safety indicators.Results:After treatment,significant improvement of clinical symptoms, dizziness,headache,tinnitus,five upset hot, insomnia symptoms,and symptom scores were significantly different(P<0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure decreased significantly, no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);Diastolic blood pressure,pulse pressure were significantly different(P<0.05).Therapy group was reduced pulse pressure(P<0.05),No significant change in diastolic blood pressure (P>0.05), In the control group diastolic blood pressure,pulse pressure decreased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,clinical symptoms improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:1,The sanjia fumai decoction and calcium antagonist therapy can improve the elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension clinical symptoms.2,The sanjia fumai decoction and calcium antagonist therapy is effective in reducing pulse pressure in isolated systolic hypertension.3,The sanjia fumai decoction and calcium antagonist treatment can enable patients with isolated systolic hypertension was no significant change in diastolic blood pressure.
