Clinical Observation Of Sanjia Fumai Decoction In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome (Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: The main purpose of this project is to study the clinical effect of modified Sanjia Fumai Decoction in treating female climacteric syndrome,mainly to observe the clinical effects of modified Sanjia Fumai Decoction and Kuntai Capsule in treating perimenopausal syndrome(liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome)respectively,and to compare the improvement of symptoms and signs before and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group to verify the feasibility,safety and effectiveness of the modified Sanjia Fumai Decoction.To further explore the clinical effect and mechanism of Sanjia Fumai Decoction on perimenopausal syndrome(liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome).Methods:From January 2018 to December 2018,72 patients with Climacteric Syndrome of Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney in Gynecological Clinic or Treatment Area of Jilin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment.There were 8 cases in the course of disease,4 cases in the treatment group,4 cases in the control group and 64 cases in the actual group.The treatment group was treated with oral Sanjia Fumai Decoction and the control group was treated with Kuntai Capsule for one month.The improvement of the degree of illness,the improvement of main and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and the changes of serum LH and FSH values were taken as observation indexes before and after treatment as self-control and inter-group control.Results:After treatment,the total score of TCM main symptoms,single TCM secondary symptoms,serum LH and FSH values were significantly reduced(P < 0.05).The experimental results showed that 32 cases in the treatment group were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 87.5%.In the control group,32 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 87.5%.The efficiency was 84.38%.Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the two therapies(P > 0.05),but both had obvious therapeutic effects.After treatment,the single TCM symptoms of the two groups were significantly alleviated compared with thosebefore diagnosis and treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results showed that the effect of Sanjia Fumai Decoction on the main symptoms of hot flashes,sweating,irritability and secondary skin pruritus was stronger than that of the control group;the LH and FSH values of the two groups decreased before and after treatment,but the treatment group had more advantages,and the difference was statistically significant.Learning value(P <0.05).Conclusion:Sanjia Fumai Decoction has a remarkable effect on the treatment of climacteric syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency type,especially on the improvement of the main symptoms such as heat,sweating and irritability.Sanjia Fumai Decoction has a remarkable clinical effect on perimenopausal syndrome(liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome),which is safe and reliable without any side effects.The total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of Kuntai Capsule control group,and in the aspect of relieving symptoms.It has absolute advantages and can be further studied and popularized.
