Clinical Study Of Sanjia Fumai Decoction Treating Rapid Arrhythmia(Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:Aimed at clinical observation using three complex pulse makes good soup to treat arrhythmia after fire Yin deficiency syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms improved and the evaluation of the clinical curative effect. Attempts to explore the treatment of rapid arrhythmia syndrome efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine, Yin fire for TCM clinical workers provides the practical basis for prevention and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, for further development and utilization of three compound soup of arteries and veins creating conditions have clinical significance.Methods:With "Ziyin Qianyang, Yangxue Fumai" legislation, using the third joint tartrate complex pulse soup metoprolol(betaloc) on rapidity arrhythmia(TCM syndrome of Yin deficiency type fire heart palpitations) on patients with clinical observation system, with tartaric acid and metoprolol(betaloc) were compared.Results:1. The top joint tartrate complex pulse soup metoprolol(betaloc) quickness arrhythmia treatment the total effective rate was 86.67%, control group was 56.67%, the experimental group and control group is significant(P < 0.05).2. The top joint tartrate complex pulse soup metoprolol(betaloc) of TCM symptoms improve the total effective rate 93.3%, 40.0% in control group, experimental group compared with control group with significant difference(P < 0.05). 3. The experimental group before and after treatment comparison, the experimental group compared with control group, three of the complex pulse soup in improving TCM symptoms and cardiac function, reduce ventricular rate has good curative effect.Conclusion:This study enriched the Chinese medicine treatment of rapid arrhythmia(Yin deficiency fire) content of theory, affirmed the top three after the clinical efficacy of pulse soup. With "Ziyin Qianyang, Yangxue Fumai" legislation quickness arrhythmia in the treatment of TCM and Yin deficiency syndrome has a good curative effect, fire and safe and reliable, and less adverse reactions, clinical deserves further research and extension.
