Objective:This study conducted a 24-week stretch band resistance exercise training for elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension in old-age nursing homes, the effects of this intervention method on resting heart rate, systolic pressure, pulse press-ure,pulse pressure index, quality of life and upper and lower limb muscle strength of elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension were evaluated by means of their own control. Methods:This study is a kind of experimental study, using the convenient sampling method, select Nanchang two old-age nursing home 49 cases of elderly ish patients with moderate and low intensity of resistance exercise training. All subjects received 3 intervals of 1-2 days a week,1 times each of the lower limb muscle group as the main exercise goal of resistance exercise training, maintain indoor temperature control in 25??28?,humidity 45%?65%.The study cycle was 24 weeks.24 weeks resistance training is divided into early stage, medium stage and late three period. The early stage is the adjustment stage for the elderly adaptation and fitness program. In the middle and late stage,it is mainly to replace the elastic belt and increase the training intensity. All subjects remained unchanged in their original habits of life. Before the intervention,4 weeks after exercise,8 weeks after exercising,12 weeks after exercise and 24 weeks after exercise, the resting heart rate systolic pressure, pulse pressure, pulse pressure index,36 eye Health Survey summary, grip strength and 10 seated-stereo-position test were evaluated.Results:1.this study finally adhere to the completion of 6 months of exercise in 49 cases, culling and shedding a total of 6 accounted for the total number of 10.9%.49 cases of senile ish were included, female majority accounted for 76.3%,age was mainly 71-80,accounting for 46.9%of total subjects. There have 18 patients in BMI was overweight accounting for 36.7%of total subjects,4 patients in obesity,The subjects with diabetes mellitus accounted for a maximum of 24.4%,followed by apoplexy sequelae and cervical spondylosis accounted for 14.2%,again hyperlipi-demia and gout accounted for 10.2%and 6.1%respectively.2.after 24 weeks of intervention, the results of resting heart rate showed that there was no statistically significant difference in resting heart rate between patients at different time points(p>0.05).The rate of heart rate change in patients with 4 weeks before and after the intervention was shown to have a downward trend, while the heart rate of 4 weeks to 24 weeks after the exercise increased.3.the comparison of systolic blood pressure before and after the intervention showed that there was a statistically significant difference in systolic pressure at different points of time after the Resistance exercise(p<0.05),and 3.72(95%confidence interval:2.637,4.810)p<0.05 were significantly reduced in the 24 weeks after exercise.4.The results of pulse pressure before and after intervention showed that there was statistically significant difference in pulse pressure value(p<0.05)between different time points after the resistance exercise. It was found that the pulse pressure value of 24 weeks after exercise significantly decreased by 3.31(95%confidence interval:0.772,5.853),p value<0.05.5.The results of pulse pressure index before and after intervention showed that there was no statistically significant difference in pulse pressure index(p>0.05)between different time points after the resistance exercise. The Pulse pressure index(95%confidence interval:-0.024,0.038)was significantly decreased in 24 weeks after exercise, but there was no statistically significant difference in P value>0.05.6.The scores of Physical function(PF),Vitality(VT);Role Emotional(RE)and mental Health(MH)were statistically significant in the patients' quality of life after the Resistance exercise(p<0.05)?Role Physical(RP),bodily pain(BP)?general health(GH)and social function(SF)was no statistically significant difference between after the Resistance exercise(p>0.05).7.There was a statistically significant difference in grip strength of patients at different time points after the resistance exercise(p<0.05).The grip strength of 24 weeks after exercise was significantly increased by 2.35(95%confidence interval:3.976,0.742)p value<0.05.8.The difference of STS 10 test time was statistically significant(p<0.05)in different time points after the resistance exercise. The STS 10 value of 24 weeks after exercise was significantly reduced by 2.5 seconds(95%confidence interval:1.576,3.441)and P value<0.05.Conclusions:Moderate and low strength resistance movement can reduce systolic blood pressure and decrease pulse pressure in elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension, but have little effect on pulse pressure index and resting heart rate. The moderate and low intensity resistance Movement group Movement Way carries on,and maintains each 30min weekly 3 times every 1-2 days the movement frequency, may enhance the patient life quality the body function, enhances the old person mental health ability.Moderate and low strength resistance training can improve the muscle strength of upper and lower extremity muscle group in elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension.
