| Objective:To researched clinical curative effects of Zhi-Xi-Kangâ… powder treated inflammatory external hemorrhoids.Methods:80 cases patients of inflammatory external hemorrhoids were randomly divided to the treatment group (40cases) and the control group (40cases).The former was given fumigation , washing and demibain treatment with Zhi-Xi-Kangâ… powder compared with the later,s potassiumpermanganate solution (1:5000). To compare and analyze the symptoms and signs of hemorrhoids patients such as pain and dragging sense of anus,moist tickle,volume change and mucosa change of hemorrhoids and total effective rate during 3th day,5thday,and 7th day after 7 days, treatment.Results:(1)The total effective rate for the treatment group was 97.50%;and the control group was 80.00%. It was considered statistieally significant(P<0.05).(2)Two groups can improve clinical symptoms and signs of inflammatory external hemorrhoids patients after treatment.However the treatment group is obvious better than the control group.It was considered statistieally significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Zhi-Xi-Kangâ… powder group is obvious relieving pain,moist tickle and dragging sense of anus,decreasing swelling and protecting mucosa than potassium permanganate solution group.(2)Zhi-Xi-Kangâ… powder has certain curative effect for inflammatory external hemorrhoids.It has the advantages of short treating course, simple method, high curative effect, safety and less side effect etc. Zhi-Xi-Kangâ… powder is an effective formula treat inflammatory external hemorrhoids conservatively.
