Clinical Observation Of Zhiyanxiao Fumigation And Washing In The Treatment Of Inflammatory External Hemorrhoids

Purpose: Through the comparative study of Zhiyanxiao fumigating and washing and potassium permanganate fumigating and washing in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids,the changes of evaluation indexes including total effective rate,anal pain,anal edema and anal distension were analyzed,the clinical efficacy of Zhiyanxiao fumigating and washing in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids was clarified,and its mechanism was discussed,so as to provide guidance for clinical practice.Material and method: Collection between September 2018 and September 2020 in the anorectal hospital outpatient service in liaoning province and the diagnosis of inflammatory external hemorrhoid patients data,selecting and meeting the needs of this study,64 cases of patients,according to the random selection,its can be divided into two groups,the treatment group and control group,each group of patients with same number,the treatment group by using hemorrhoids inflammation clinical intervention,another group with 1:50 00 potassium permanganate fumigation,affected groups were treated twice per day,7 days for a period of treatment.During this period,the changes of the evaluation indexes of anal pain,anal edema and anal swelling discomfort in the two groups were observed,and the total effective rate was compared.Results:1.The basic information(gender,course of disease,age)and conditions of patients in the two groups were similar,that is,they met(P>0.05)and were comparable,so this study could be carried out.2.After a course of treatment,15 cases in the treatment group were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,the effective rate was96.88%.In the other group,9 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,4 cases were invalid,the effective rate was 87.50%.After statistical processing of the relevant data,it was concluded that the difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),that is,after a period of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.3.After using Zhiyanxiao and certain concentration of potassium permanganate to fumigate the lesion,there were statistically significant differences in anal pain,anal edema,anal distension and discomfort between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the related symptoms of the treatment group were improved more significantly than those of the control group.Conclusion: Through literature review and clinical observation,this study found that Zhiyanxiao fumigation is safe and effective in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids,which can significantly reduce the symptoms and signs of patients with inflammatory external hemorrhoids.At the same time,this treatment method has excellent therapeutic effect,which is worthy of further clinical research,application and promotion.
