Clinical Observation Of The Curative Effects Of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Jiawei And Herbal Fumigation To Diabetes Mellitus Peripheral Neuopathy Disease Patients

Objective:To study Buyang huanwu Decoction Jiawei and Herbal fumigation to treat diabetes mellitus peripheral neuopathy disease (DPN) patients clinical efficacy, analysis of fasting blood glucose (FPG), postprandial 2 hours blood glucose (P2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), blood rheology, nerve conduction velocity(NVV)and clinical symptom of changes in the relationship between before and after treatment. And explore efficacy and mechanism of Buyang huanwu Decoction Jiawei and Herbal fumigation treat diabetes mellitus peripheral neuopathy disease patients.Methods:The study collected 60 cases patients with DPN by the symptoms, tongue and vein differentiation for Qixu xueyu, randomly divided into 30 cases of treatment group and 30 cases of control group. Maintain the original diet and oral hypoglycemic agents and insulin which is used and the amount.The treatment group are given Buyang huanwu Decoction Jiawei for oral use and Herbal fumigation washout twice a day,as well as diabetes foundation treatment. The control group intravenous drip lipoic acid 20ml,once a day, while diabetes foundation treatment is given too.To both groups,15 days will be one treatment course. The observation target includes:the fasting blood glucose (FBG) and 2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPBG) around treatment, the glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C) around treatment, blood rheology,the motor nerve conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve (MNCV) around treatment, the sensory nerve conduction velocity of superficial peroneal nerve and sural nerve (SNCV) around treatment,as well as the clinical symptoms improvement situation.Results:The treatment group total effectiveness is 93.3%,while the control group is 73.3%.Compared with the control group,it has the significance difference (P<0.05). According to score standard, the two groups were has the significance difference (P<0.05)before and after treatment in aspect of acroanesthesia.pain.cacesthesia and lassitude. therapeutic groups post-treatment surpassed own pre-treatment (P<0.05) in aspect of acroanesthesia.pain.and lassitude.the two groups were has no significance difference (P>0.05)after treatment in aspect of cacesthesia.The lever of blood sugar after treatment drops, but there is no remarkable difference compared with the control group (P >0.05).The HbAlc in two groups around the treatment has no remarkable difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Buyang huanwu Decoction Jiawei and Herbal fumigation of the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus peripheral neuopathy disease can not only significantly improved clinical symptoms, but also significant hypoglycemic, improving blood viscosity and nerve conduction velocity. Through long clinical practice found that Buyang huanwu Decoction Jiawei and Herbal fumigation to improve symptoms in patients with diabetes mellitus peripheral neuopathy disease the effect of a good, applicable to Qixu xueyu of the patients with DPN, primary clinical treatment for DPN provides a theoretical and practical basis.
