ObjectiveTo discuss the two different fixation methods of the femoral lateral allografts: absorbable expanded extrusion screws and rigidfix to evaluate the early clinical efficacy.MethodsAccording to case selection criteria the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in patients with 50 patients, of which A group of 30 patients with use of allogenic BTB graft, B group of 20 cases using the same kinds of Achilles tendon bone graft. Respectively, before surgery, according to the knee Lysholm[1] marking a subjective questionnaire survey; IKDC2000 knee surgery according to objective evaluation criteria to be assessed.Results50 cases were followed up for 6 to 9 months, an average of 8 months. IKDC score after A group of A-19 cases, B grade 8 cases, C grade 3 cases; B Group A-13 cases, B grade 5 cases, C grade 2 cases, no significant difference between the two groups. The average Lysholm score A group from preoperative (42.5+3.0) points to postoperative (80.4±5.6) points; B group from preoperative (41.7±5.2) points to postoperative (82.4±6.8) points, there was no significant difference between the two groups. ConclusionTwo kinds of surgical methods in the firm fixed grafts, early resumption of joint exercise of objective and subjective assessment of knee joint function was no significant difference.
