The Recent Clinical Efficacy Analysis Of Superior Capsule Reconstruction By Arthroscopy For Irreparable Massive Rotator Cuff Tears

Objective:Discussing the choice of indications,rehabilitative exercise after operation and surgical techniques for irreparable massive rotator cuff tears by superior capsule reconstruction.Analysis the related factors of pain in the limb,joint activity score of patient before and after the operation.verificate the usefulness of this surgical method and clinical promotion for future.Method:Retrospective analysis the 16 patients with superior capsule reconstruction for irreparable massive rotator cuff Tears from may 2016 to december 2017.The average age was 67.55 years,all patients were general anesthesia.Used the same side fascia lata as patch to reconstruction of upper joint capsule by mini-incision and arthroscopy technology.They are fixed by abduction support and had rehabilitative exercise after the operation.Clinical data were collected before operation,the 1 month,the 3 month and the 6 month after surgery.Comparing with the state before and after surger by VAS score?Neer score?Constant-Murley score,imaging examination after surger,measuring the ativity degree,evaluating of postoperative effects.Result:The average operative time was 3.4h,with the average blood loss 60?100ml.The position of patch material were appropriate,without any damage of axillary vessels and nerve.The patients safely returned after operation.All patients were fixed by abduction support in 300° and had rehabilitative exercise after the operation.They did not infect.Before the operation,the VAS score was 4?8(6.25±1.13),Neer was 35?60?(44.94±10.50),constant-murley was 36?72?(50.13±9.77).Six months later,,the VAS score was 0?4(1.5±1.41),Neer was 54?82?(69.31±7.55),constant-murley was 57?75 ?(68.56±5.76),the difference was statistically significant(t=10.735,-8.543,-6.454,p<0.05).The pain was relieved only one treatment of articular cavity closure.The active of elevation,external rotation,internal rotation were obviously improved.Conclusions:1.Superior capsule reconstruction could relieve the pain,rccovery of shoulder joint movement.2?Superior capsule reconstruction could prevent the development of the rotator cuff tears,avoid the osteoarthritis of shoulder.3?Its easy,cheap,no blood borne infectious diseases,no rejection,no affect lower extremity movement to use the fascia lata as patch for superior capsule reconstruction.reconstruction;Fascia lata...
