| Objective To study the clinical curative effect of arthroscopic reconstruction ofanterior cruciate ligament using Rigidfix and Intrafix system with quadruple-strandhamstring tendons.Methods①All medical records which were reconstruction of anterior cruciateligament under arthroscope from June2009to October2011in the people’s Hospital ofNingxia,filter, Meet the requirements of the38cases has been selected.②All patients werereconstructed arthroscopically with four strands of hamstring tendons, and the grafts werefixed with Rigidfix and Intrafix system.All patients were treated with systematicrehabilitation therapy and relevant complications which were managedpost-operatively.③The patients were followed up for3~24months, to ask thepatients’subjective symptom,to examine the knee range of motion, anterior drawertest,Lachman test,which were managed to evaluate clinical result according to Lysholm ratingand IKDC rating.Results38cases of postoperative were followed up for3~24months, All clinicalsymptoms disappeared eventually,There were no serious complications.36cases of knee jointafter operation of activities were normal,2case of knee joint flexion and stretching werelimited,3patients with anterior knee had pain symptoms,3patients flexion activities havethe sound in the knee. When patients were followed up, Anterior drawer test:negative allcases, a Lachman test: negative36cases,weak-positive2cases;The Lysholm score increasedfrom preoperation(34.16±4.99) to postoperation (90.66±4.38),IKDC core increased from preoperation (29.87±6.23) to postoperation(81.16±3.25),T test(IKDC score) were15.85(P <0.01)、21.20(P <0.01)、47.32(P <0.01)、52.26(P <0.01）,the difference was significant.Conclusion It has satisfactory outcome for reconstruction of anterior cruciateligament using Rigidfix and Intrafix system with quadruple-strand autograft hamstringtendons. It is feasible surgery,firm fixation and quick postoperative recovery. |
