Analysis On Healthy People Of Different Occupational Status Of Detection Of Major Chronic Diseases

Objective through the description of different occupational health people of detection of major chronic disease, we can understand the main problems existing in different occupational people, to provide scientific accordings for certain department to develop health education and management effectively and promote physical qualityMethods:to obtain health examination datas from hospital medical examination center in the way of cluster sampling and five occupational groups including Finance (Banking), Public Institution (Government), Health care (Hospital), Education (Middle school), and Public Security (Police)processing were chosen as the important people in this research. descriptive research was used to make descriptive analysis for these five occupational people.Results (1)2658 out of 6514 people participated in the sample test turned out to have certain health issues, with the detection rate of 40.80%. Hyperlipidemia, thyroid disease, Fatty Liver,hypertension and diabetes mellitus rank the highest detection rate among diseases. (2) Detected diseases share different incident cohorts. Police is the group with the highest incident rate(25.97%) of disease related to fatty liver. Medical staff has the highest incident rate (30.76%) of thyroid disease. Public institution is more likely to have hyperlipidemia than other groups(30.02%).(3)besides diabete mellitus, the detection of other chronic disease was different from 20-49 years old to 70-79 years old, among different occupational people between 50 and 59,the detecion of every main chronic disease is different. but among different occupational people between 60 and 69,the detecion of thyroid disease is different among different occupational people. Conclusion(1)among different occupational examination people,the highest detection of chronic disease were hyperlipemia,thyroid disease,fatty liver,hypertention,diabete mellitus.(2)the detection of chronic disease were different among different occupational people.the detection of fatty liver,thyroid disease and hyperlipiemia is highest respectively in police,medical staff and public institute.(3)detection rate and the type of disease were different among different years of aged occupational people.(4)detection sequence was different for one certain disease among different occupational people.(5)besides hypertension,the detection of other chronic disease is growing with age before 70 years old occupational people.
