Objective:To investigate the basic situation of Xinjiang three hospital nurses occupational stress level, health status, ability to work, discuss the main factors that affect the ability to work to nurse occupational stress response, health and for the development of improved physical and mental health nurses of the crowd, the ability to work to provide interventions improve the Xinjiang region three nurses occupational stress and health epidemiological data. Methods:demographic questionnaire, occupational stress scale (OSI-R), Chinese chronic disease scale and work ability index (WAI) questionnaire, Xinjiang extracted five three hospitals throughout the state according to the method of cluster random sampling nurse1800not less than18years of age, a full year working life, remove sick leave nurses in the post questionnaire. Results:1The questionnaires were distributed and1,800parts, recovered1,585valid questionnaires, the recovery was88.1%.2of occupational stress survey, occupational stress low of6.1%,47.1%moderate occupational stress, occupational stress height of46.8%. This survey nurse occupational stress levels higher than the national level.(3) showed that occupational stress levels: Nurses in this survey and the national norm of occupational stress score compared to the questionnaire occupational tasks, the task is too heavy, the task discomfort, blurred task, task conflict, responsibility, individual tension questionnaires business stress reaction somatic nervous reaction, personal resources questionnaire, recreation, self-care, social support, rational response scores were significantly (P<0.05), in each sub-item questionnaire occupational tasks, each sub-item questionnaire individual tension scores were higher than the national norm, and personal resources questionnaire scores below the national norm; different ethnic groups, departments, job stress and marital status in the individual scoring difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). coping resources in individual exercise on the number of sports scores/weekly≥1times the number to be slightly higher than the exercise/week to0(P<0.05). different seniority resources to deal with the differences in scores on the individual and the individual stress response was statistically significant (P<0.05) different frequencies at night psychological stress, physical stress response and the recreation score difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), with the increased frequency of night, the entertainment score decreased; different cultural levels in the task too heavy, there are statistically significant differences (P<0.05) on the work environment, recreation, self-care, rational treatment, personal resources. different average monthly income levels in occupational tasks scores were significantly (P<0.05), the frequency of the different night, ethnic, title, and the average monthly income in the low, medium and high level of tension distribution difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4(1) bone and joint diseases, cervical lumbar disease, chronic digestive diseases prevalence is high, its prevalence was11.0%,24.9%,22.1%, respectively, of which the neck, waist highest prevalence of the disease, nurses high strength, muscle and skeletal system injury is more serious.(2) moderate, high tension group of bones and joints, neck waist, chronic digestive Disease prevalence was significantly higher than the low stress group. without chronic digestive diseases statistically significant (P<0.05) in the high, medium and low tension degree.5working capacity of poor, middle and high proportion was11.4%,57.04%,31.02%.Han and ethnic minorities working ability score difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the difference in scores of different departments the ability to work there was statistically significant (P<0.05).differences between different seniority working ability score was statistically significant (P<0.05). low, medium, high working capacity of three score difference was statistically significant on the level of tension (P<0.05).6correlation analysis showed:the individual stress response and occupational stress and its child tasks (except RI discomfort) were positively correlated (P<0.01), were positively correlated with personal resources and its children (P<0.01, P<0.05).business stress response psychological stress reactions, interpersonal stress reactions and physical strain occupational stress each child (except RI outside) were positively correlated (P<0.01, P<0.05).psychological stress reactions, interpersonal stress reaction and physical strain and personal resources of each child were positively correlated (P<0.01). occupational role stress and personal strain was positively correlated (P<0.01), personal resources and occupational tasks nervous individual stress response was positively correlated (.P<0.01), occupational role stress, individual stress response, personal resources in the ability to work on the score difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Heavy task, the task of conflict, business stress response, psychological stress reaction was negatively correlated with the ability to work, recreation, self-care and the ability to work positively correlated.7Multiple regression analysis showed:the age, the task is too heavy, self-care occupational stress is a major factor in chronic digestive diseases.age, length of service, economic level, department, task ambiguity is affecting the neck, waist main factors of disease, marriage status, department, entertainment, business stress is a major factor affecting the ability of nurses to work, and recreation showed the ability to work as a protective factor. business stress response, physical stress reaction, recreation, whether suffering from cervical lumbar disease is affecting the ability of nurses to work the main factors which the neck, waist disease is a major contributor to reduced working capacity of nurses, OR=1.0107is greater than1, followed by physical strain, stress response business, entertainment and leisure. Conclusion:1a survey of occupational stress is higher than the national norm of nurses, which accounted for46.8percent of high tension, there are differences between different individual characteristics on occupational stress level, should take timely interventions to reduce occupational stress levels.2Nurses Occupational stress is an individual task nervous reaction contributing factors, along with the professional task nervous tension and increase individual reactions, personal resources is also increasing, and therefore should be enhanced to deal with measures to strengthen the coping resources, improve response capabilities.3night frequency, occupational tasks nervous, entertainment is the contribution of occupational stress factors, the greatest impact of stressful work environment for professional tasks discomfort followed.4nurses overall good health, but it should be noted that some occupational stress factors on the long-term effects of the disease induced by a high degree of occupational stress is chronic digestive system, an important contributor to bone and joint diseases, cervical lumbar disease.5nurses suffering from chronic diseases in the neck, waist disease up to24.9%,22.1%in chronic digestive diseases, bone and joint diseases11.0%, higher prevalence of the three diseases, should improve the organization, management and ergonomics science aspects of innovation, reduce the risk of these three diseases.6There are individual differences in the ability to work, ability to work for the poor, middle and high proportion was11.44%,57.04%,31.52%, suggesting that the overall ability of nurses in general.7marital status, department, entertainment, business stress factors that affect the ability of nurses to work, and recreation showed the ability to work as a protective factor; neck waist disease is to reduce the ability of nurses to work the major risk factors, OR=1.0107is greater than1, followed by physical stress response, stress response business, entertainment and leisure.
