Value Of Reduning On The Treatment Of AECOPD

AIM To evaluate the value of reduning injection (RDN) on the treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD),Study the clinic symptom improvement, quantitative determination of IL-4,IL-8,TNF-αand compare the time of patients in hospital.Methods:30 patients (Age:37-80) with AECOPD were randomly divided into 2 groups with 15 patients in each group:the control group was given conventional treatment.experimental group was given conventional treatment and reduning injection(RDN).The 2 groups were observed the symptom and cytokines before and after treatment.Results:The clinic effect in Experimental group was much higher than Control group.The adverse reactions in two groups were not significant different.1.Contrast of the clinic symptom gradeBefore treatment, two groups had no difference,but after treatment the symptom improvement of experimental group was much higher than Control group.Table 1.2.Contrast of the level of the serum IL-4,IL-8,TNF-αbefore and after treatmentThere were great differences between two groups,and the difference value of Experiment groups before and after treatment was much higher than Control groups.Table 2.3.Contrast of LOSLOS of Experiment group was 8.6±1.5 days,it is remarkable shorter than Control group.Table 1.4.Evaluation of safetyOn the treatment,No untoward effect was happened and no exception on liver function,feces and urine detection.Conclusion:1.Reduning injection was effective on the treatment of AECOPD,effectively improve the fever,cough,expectoration,suffocating.2.Reduning injection can bring down the level of the serum IL-4,IL-8,TNF-α,and remarkable alleviate the inflammatory reaction.3.Reduning injection remarkably reduced the length of stay,and it is effectively improve the prognosis.4.No untoward effect happened on the AECOPD treatment of Reduning injection,and Reduning injection was safe. The research shows that Reduning injection was safe and effective on the treatment of AECOPD,and progressed excellent clinical value.
