| Objective: To investigate the characteristics of adverse reactions ofReduning injection, and in-depth analysis of the various factors leading to the adversereaction of Reduning injection, provide guidance for Reduning injection safety in clinicalapplication.Methods: In our hospital from2012November to2014March application of ReduningInjection in933patients, by monitoring platform and other international and advanced data,do quickly, accurately capture of Reduning Injection in patients with information, timelyaccess to the adverse reaction of Reduning Injection Characteristics and incidence, andevaluate the incidence of ADR, analysis of Reduning different the between studyheterogeneity may cause.From the hospital information management system (Hospital Information System, HIS)in the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine injections information extraction. Theadverse reaction to the outcome, using stepwise Logistic regression model, have adversereactions of Reduning Injection Characteristics and incidence of Reduning injection, andevaluate the incidence of ADR, analysis the different between study heterogeneity may cause.Results:933cases of Reduning Injection in patients with13cases of adverse reactionsoccur, with age, sex matched, according to52cases of1:4matching with no adverse reactionof patients. The stepwise logistic regression model, from the western medicine diagnosis,TCM diagnosis, differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, dripping speed, screening outdrop speed is faster factors affecting the occurrence of adverse reactions, i.e. OR=1.101,95%CI=(1.026,1.182) Wald chi-square=7.125P=0.0076.Conclusion: The characteristics of adverse reactions of Reduning Injection in childrenare in the majority, more performance for the adverse reaction of digestive system, causingfactors of adverse reactions may be related to the dropping speed, in addition to clinicians forReduning Injection indications may also lead to improper selection factors of adversereactions. |
