Ozone Treatment System

Ozone is a strong oxidant, it can promote cell metabolism, kill bacteria and viruses, and promote a vicious cycle and the decomposition of a tumor, it is widely used to treat skin disease, disc herniation, and oral disease and so on, and get a better treatment effect. In addition, ozone therapy can be used for viral hepatitis, pain, ulcers and other diseases, with broad medical outlook. Based on the ozone treatment's principles, developed the ozone instrument played better treatment effect in diseases. Today there have been a lot of ozone treatment systems, there are various skin treatment devices, instrument gynecological diseases, oral therapeutic apparatus and so on.This paper presents a new ozone treatment system based on ozone knowledge and SCM technology. Design details includes: learning to master the theory of ozone technology and its related knowledge, including ozone generation technology, ozone concentration detection technology. From the overall design of the ozone treatment system, design section includes two parts of hardware and software programming. By MSP430F4250 SCM is used as the control center of hardware part, and build the entire system diagram, including high-voltage generating circuit, the ozone concentration detection circuit, liquid crystal display circuit, the keyboard circuit, power circuit and JTAG circuit. Then write programs, detailed maps of the main program and some subroutines (liquid crystal display, keyboard keys and the A / D conversion) of the flow chart, while write the main program of the keyboard keys and the A / D conversion. Then discussing interference problems which existing in the design of the system, both from the hardware and software to take the appropriate anti-jamming measures. Finally, summarize the main thesis and analysis of existing problems, provide a basis for further study of theoretical knowledge.
