Because of the long-term Stress caused by increased lateral patellar articular Syndrome arising from a series of Patellar tilt.Its most common manifestations are patellofemoral pain,Incidence of the disease for many women.It accounts for all knee lesions in 20%-40%.National epidemiological study of patellofemoral joint pain reported prevalence rate of up to 36.2%,the incidence of women than men.Our country because of the disease at a higher rate of incidence of serious consequences,And the incidence of many age at puberty and middle age,Therefore the disease for people's health and economic development is a serious threat,in urgent need of a scientific and effective treatment programs.Methods:From 2008-08 to2009-02 Suffering from out-patient in the lateral patellar hypertension syndrome patients combining the use of three external dispersion vastus medialis oblique muscle training in the therapeutic effect of beam were observed.Respectively,before treatment,after treatment,2 month,observation Lysholm score,patellofemoral joint pain, patellar tilt angle(PTA) 3 target.Statistical analysis and comparison.Results:Section 50 of the 50 cases of knee,follow-up2 months later,the clinical control of 42 knee,one knee markedly effective knee 3,4 knee invalid,and the total efficiency of 96%,94% excellent and good rate.47 pre-treatment of knee PTA>12°,and 6 months after the treatment of PTA significantly reduced,reaching an average of 10°.Conclusion:Sansesan combined external beam vastus medialis oblique muscle training is a high-pressure treatment of lateral patello-femoral pain syndrome,a simple,low-cost,easy to promote clinical,suitable to China's national conditions effective treatment...
