Objective: this experiment was to study core muscle strength training and proprioception training and training a set of comprehensive functional exercise methods of clinical curative effect of patellofemoral joint pain syndrome, through the analysis of the strength of the subjects before and after the exercise, proprioception, the change of core stability and lower limb physique, further demonstrates the comprehensive functional exercise rehabilitation in patients with patellofemoral pain syndrome joints and the effect of improving the patient's symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients. Methods: 22 patients with patellofemoral pain syndrome were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 11 cases,a total of 12 times, rehabilitation training, functional exercise frequency for three times a week, the next day.The experimental group carried out comprehensive rehabilitation training, including muscle strength training, proprioception training and core stability training. The control group was trained in muscle strength.Use of VAS score,Lysholm scale, constant speed to the heart muscle testing, knee proprioception, core stability testing,30 s continuous seat test, sit up repeatedly experiment and close my eyes on one leg.Results:1.The experimental group and control group in the VAS scores before and after training were lower(P < 0.01),VAS score had no significant difference(P > 0.05),the experimental group and control group Lysholm score both increase obviously after training, the experimental group Lysholm score were higher than the control group before and after the training, there are significant differences between them(P < 0.05).2.The experimental group and control group in 60 °/s angular velocity and 180 ° / s angular velocity of the flexor relative peak torque is increased, but the experimental group in the 60 °/s angular velocity and 180 ° / s angular velocity of the flexor relative peak torque is higher than the experimental group, with significant difference(P < 0.05).3.The experimental group and control group in 15 °,45 ° and 75 ° location before the training improved, comparing the two groups, the experimental results there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).4.The experimental group and control group showed significant improvement in FTSST and 30 s continuous seat test(P < 0.01),and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).In OLS test, both the experimental group and the control group improved before training, but there was no significant difference(P > 0.01).5.The results of the experimental group in the core balance ability score were significantly different from those before training(P < 0.01).Conclusion: comprehensive rehabilitation training method to treat patellar joint pain syndrome patients compared with the single stretch belt training methods to improve the function of knee joint effect is obvious,it can improve PFPS in patients with knee joint muscle strength, and proprioception and core balance ability and can improve the patients quality of life.
