Clinical Research On Guanmailing Decoction In Treating Coronary Angina Pectoris And Carotid Atherosclerosis Of The Type Of Stagnation Qi And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the effect of Guanmailing decoction(GMLT) in treating Coronary Angina Pectoris(CAP) and Carotid Atherosclerosis(CA) of the type of Stagnation Qi and Blood Stasis and the changes of cholesterol,hemodynamics and B-mode ultrasonography of the cartid artery and to explore its therapeutic mechanism.Methods:60 patients were divided randomly into GMLT group(30 cases), Tongxinluo Capsule group(30 cases),and observed the various indicants between before and after treatment.Results:There were significant differences not only between compared before and after treatment but also between comparing GMLT group and Tongxinluo Capsule group:comparing with Tongxinluo Capsule,GMLT significantly relieved the symptoms better(P＜0.01),nourishing the heart, improving ECG greatly(P＜0.05),adjusted blood-lipids(TG,CHO, LDL-C,HDL-C)(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01),improve the indicants of B-mode ultrasonography of the cartid artery(P＜0.01) and hemorrheological index(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The effect of Guanmailing decoction(GMLT) in treating Coronary Angina Pectoris(CAP) and Carotid Atherosclerosis(CA) of the type of Stagnation Qi and Blood Stasis is certain.It can imp -rove the clinical effective rate,decrease the syndrome,improve the blood of coronary artery and recover the myocardial ischemia and adjusted blood-lipids,improve hemodynamics and the indicants of B-mode ultrasonography of the cartidartery.
