| Objective: Nan qi Gan zhuo decoction combined with conventional Western medicine were used to treat stable Angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis after Coronary artery stent implantation,through comparing the improvement of Seattle Angina scale,Angina Clinical Score,TCM symptom score scale,blood lipid(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C)before and after treatment,observe the difference of Clinical Curative Effect,to analyze the characteristics of Nan qi Gan zhuo decoction in treating stable angina pectoris after Coronary artery stent implantation,and to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods: The included cases were all from the outpatient clinic of Liu Zhen inheritance studio of Shijiazhuang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine from October 2018 to November 2019,a total of 50 patients who met inclusion criteria were collected and signed informed consent forms,the patients were randomly divided into Treatment Group(N = 25)and Control Group(N = 25).The control group was given Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets 20 mg 2 / day,Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets12.5mg 2 / day,Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets 20 mg 1 / day,Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets 100 mg 1 / day,Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablets 75 mg 1 day,Angina Pectoris attack with Nitroglycerin treatment,treatment group on the basis of the control group Plus Nan qi Gan zhuo decoction treatment,treatment time was 4 weeks,before and after treatment,patients were evaluated by Seattle Angina,Angina Clinical Score,TCM symptom score,TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C.SPSS23.0 was used forstatistical analysis.There were significant differences in p < 0.05,p <0.01,p > 0.05,during the treatment period,there was one case of abscission,49 cases were completed qualified clinical observation,the abscission rate was 2%(less than 10%),no adverse events occurred.Result:(1)Seattle Angina pectoris scale: After treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups in physical activity limitation,Angina attack and disease recognition(p < 0.05),there was no statistics significant difference between the two groups(p > 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group in stable state of Angina Pectoris and treatment satisfaction.(2)Clinical score of Angina pectoris: There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p < 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group,and the effective rate of the treatment group was 92% higher than that of the control group(68%).(3)TCM Symptom Integral scale and curative effect: After Treatment,the two groups were significantly different(p < 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group(87.5%)was higher than that of the control group(60%).(4)Blood Lipid: TC,TG were decreased in the two groups after treatment(p < 0.05),LDL-C in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(p < 0.01),and HDL-C in the two groups after treatment was not significant(p > 0.05).(5)Safety Index: There was no significant difference in blood,urine,stool routine,liver function,kidney function,etc.between the two groups before and after treatment.Patients in both groups did not complain of other significant discomfort.Conclusion:(1)Nan qi Gan zhuo decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients and no obvious adverse reaction with Angina Pectoris of Qi deficiency and blood stasistype after Coronary stent implantation.(2)Nan qi Gan zhuo decoction can effectively reduce the total blood cholesterol,triglyceride,Low-density lipoprotein levels in patients in this study. |
