Xi-lei-san-jia-wei Of Damp-heat Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis Intrinsic Evidence Of Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating ulcerative colitis(UC) with xi-lei-san-jia-weiMethod:61 patients with UC were divided into two groups at random, the treatment group was 29 patients, the control group was 32 patients.Besed on conventional therapy, the treatmeat group was treat with xi-lei-san-jia-wei while control group was treat with SASP.Results:(1) Both groups could reduce Integral intestinal mirror and the effect of treatment group was the same to control group. (2) The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.1%, while control group was 78.1%, the total theraPeutic effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(p<0.05).(3)Both groups could improve the patients' clinical symptoms, but the effects of treatment group was better than control group (p<0.05). (4)Two groups of patients with effective follow-up should be carried out for 6 monthes.The relapse rate of the treatment group was 17.2%, while the relapse rate of the was 46.9%, so the long-term effect of the treatment group is higher than the control group.(5) There are no side effect of the treatment group in this Clinical Study.Conclusion:xi-lei-san-jia-wei is a safe and effective drug of Treating UC.
