Clinical Observation Of Yi Qi Jian Pi He Wei Decoction In Treating Ulcerative Colitis At Remisson Stage (Pattern Of Qi Deficiency Of Spleen And Stomach)

Objective:By observing the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs of the YI QI JIAN PI HE WEI decoction on patients of ulcerative colitis at remission stage(spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome),before and after treatment,and the clinical curative effect of the YI QI JIAN PI HE WEI decoction was summarized.Methods:The clinical observation was carried out by using the method of selfcontrol before and after treatment,and 40 patients who were in accordance with the standard and exclusion criteria were treated with YI QI JIAN PI HE WEI decoction.All cases came from the first Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine in March 2017 to January 2018 in the outpatient department of liver and spleen and stomach,and at the same time patients meet the inclusion criteria,requiring at the age of 18-65 years old,male and female no limiting.All clinical cases were required to meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for remission ulcerative colitis,Mayo score ? 2,and belonged to TCM syndrome differentiation for spleen and stomach qi deficiency pattern.The observation period of curative effect is 4 weeks.The changes of symptoms and signs before and after treatment are mainly observed.The patients were evaluated by self integration before and after integration,and the short-term efficacy was evaluated.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the YI QI JIAN PI HE WEI decoction effective rate was 38.89%for TCM syndromes,and the total effective rate was 97.22%.TCM syndromes have been better improved,and the treatment of symptoms such as diarrhea,abdominal distension and abdominal pain has been proved to have a definite curative effect.The effect of YI QI JIAN PI HE WEI decoction to this pattern of ulcerative colitis is significant.Conclusions:YI QI JIAN PI HE WEI decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome ulcerative colitis at remission stage.For the main symptoms of diarrhea,abdominal pain and partial treatment of subtle symptoms better,especially abdominal distension,belching,less satisfied and other symptoms are obvious.
