Obervation Of Aescuven Forte On Limb Frauma And Effect Of IL-6,IL-1β And TNF

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Aescuven forte on the trentment of soft tissue swelling due to fracture and the influence of damage indexs.Such as interleukin6(IL-6).Interleuhin1β(IL-1β).tumer encoriss factor(TNF),and so on.Methods:A totall of 582 patients with limb fracture soft tissue trauma were randomly divided into a treatmend group(291 patients)and a control group(291 patients).The patients in the treatment group were treated with Aescuven forte pills.While the control group with placebo pills.The curative effect was observed.60 patients from each group were selected to susvey the pre-and post medication respectively blood serum IL-6 TNF,and the IL-1βvalue.As normal group,48 people were tested their blood serum IL-6,TNF,IL-1β.Results:In the clinical treatment group,the offective rate was 93.1%,the obvious effective rate was 75.2%,while in the contral group effective rate was 44.0%,and the obvious effective rate was 36.1%.The difference has statistical sigmficauce(P＜0.05).As contrasted with serum levels of TNF and IL-1β.Which did exhibit a transcend increase serum levels of IL-6 showed a significant increase within 6 hours fullowing the onset of trauma and reached a plateau period at 24h-36h,which retured to baseline by day 8.Serum levels of IL-6 in patients with severely truma were highter than others.Serum levels of IL-6 in patients treated with Aecusuven forte showed a significant decline(P＜0.01),on the forth day.Conclusion:The effect of Aescuven forte's is obvious on the treatment of soft tissue swelling due to fracture.The curative effect of severely truma is worse than others.Serum levels of IL-6 were descended in patients freated with Aescuven forte,which may result from the protection properties of Aescuven forte such as anti-inflammation.
