Objective:Pulsed electromagnetic field has always been of concern on living tissue damaged as the deepening of magnetic field on study of the biological effects.To observe the effects of pulsed electromagnetic fields on the repair healing of tissue impaired by healing time and pathological morphological changes of wound tissues and to evaluate the healing quality of wound organizations by the antibreakage tension of wound tissues,the animal models were established in this paper.Finally,a view to provide the basis for a wide range of applications in clinical treatment of pulsed electromagnetic fields,pulsed electromagnetic fields is discussed on the healing mechanism of soft tissue impaired.Methods:In the sterile operating conditions,12 adult white rabbits of Japan were targeted,were taken about 2cm incision in the center of middle clavicle and were exposed the clavicle followed by incision,scissors caused bilateral clavicle fracture.Then subclavian stump were fixed by silk after washing powder and sprinkling of penicillin to prevent infections,sutured incision layer by layer and covered the wound with sterile dressing.each of rabbits continue to be injected Gentamicin(GM) 3 days after intramuscular.After the success of the model,12 adult rabbits were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,six in each group.Both groups were fed standard food and purified water. Two magnetic films of the therapy instrument of pulsed magnetic field were placed in the rabbit wounds of experimental group,wounds were treated 2 times a day,each 30 minutes;the rabbits of control group were not treated,but other condition the same as the experimental group.Compared healing time about the two groups, healing time was recorded with a standard of wound healing and observation of wound healing in daily.Cut wound organizations as specimens,12 rabbits were killed by air embolization,we tested the tension of tissues after the right side of wound tissue were cut, compared tension of wound tissues on the two groups are same or not. 4%solution of dehyde fixed specimens to the left side of the wound to histological observation,we compared to the pathomorphology differences.Results:1 The wound healing time to experimental group is shorter than the control group after according to the standard of soft tissue healing to observe,statistics show that there is significant difference(P<0.05).2 Pulling force of wounds organize to experimental group suffered is greater than the control group by pulling experimental, there are statistical significance by paired t test P<0.05.3 In experimental group,the level and structure of organize restore in partial on the zone of wound healing,we can see an orderly arrangement of collagen and occasional perivascular inflammatory cells;in control group,the level of wound healing zone was not obvious,the existence of cell degeneration,edema, inflammatory ceils can be seen clearly.Conclusions:The application of pulsed electromagnetic field therapy has to speed up tissue the role of repair healing,it can reduce the inflammatory response after soft tissue damaged in life.
