Objective To investigate the variations of IgG-ACA,IgM-ACA,β2-GP1 in Systemiclupus Erythematosus(SLE) and to explore the clinical significance of ACA inhypertension of SLE.Methods 60 patients of SLE were selected, 23 cases combined with hypertension,37cases with normal blood pressure; while 30 healthy persons were selected a(?) normalcontrols, the levels of serum IgG-ACA,IgM-ACA,β2-GP1 were measured by enzymelinked hnlnunosorbent assay (ELISA) method. Results (1) It was found that the levels of serum IgG-ACA,IgM-ACA,β2-GP1 weresignificantly higher in hypertension of SLE than those with normal blood pressure ofSEE and healty controls. (P<0.05). (2) In activitive period of SLE(SLEDAI≥9), the levels of IgG-ACA,IgM-ACA,β2-GP1 were higher than in those of stoneperiod of SLE and healthy controls(P<0.05). (3) In blood vessel lesion of SLE orlupus nephritis, the levels of IgG-ACA,IgM-ACA,β2-GP1 were higher than in thoseof healthy controls.(P<0.05).Conclusions (1) The result suggests that the levels of serum IgG-ACA,IgM-ACA,β2-GP1 were higher in hypertension of SLE, it might predict the onset of hypertension inSLE,the hypertension of SLE correlated closely with the lesion of immunoreaction. (2)In activitive period of SLE(SLEDAI≥9), the levels of IgG-ACA,IgM-ACA,β2-GP1 were higher than in those of stable period of SLE, the activity of SLE can bepredicted by the levels of ACA. (3) In blood vessel lesion of SLE or lupus nephritis, thelevels of IgG-ACA,IgM-ACA,β2-GP1 were higher than those in healthy controls, wewill measure the levels of ACL earlier, we can discover and prevent the development ofthrombotic disease and organ lesions earlier.
