The Effect Of Additional Zhi Zhu Soup On SP, VIP In Sigmoid Colon Mucosa Of Functional Constipation Of Qi-deficiency Type Patients

Objective: 1.To observe content changes of SP,VIP in sigmoid colon mucosa of functional constipation of Qi Deficiency Type Patient before and after the treatment of Additional Zhi Zhu soup,and to study the possible modern medicine mechanism of Additional Zhi Zhu soup curing FC Patient. 2.To study the clinical therapeutic effect of Additional Zhi Zhu soup cure to FC Patient.Methods: 1. 30 cases according with Qi Deficiency Type of FC diagnostic criteria were set up as Additional Zhi Zhu soup treatment group,and to scored before and after the treatment of Additional Zhi Zhu soup according to symptom class and quantization standard. 2. 30 healthy subjects without abnormal defecation and other organic diseases were set up as healthy control group. 3.To get mucous membrane of sigmoid colon mucosa of Additional Zhi Zhu soup treatment group at prior-treatment and post-treatment and normal control group through colonoscope, applied radioimmunoassay method determin SP, VIP content changes.Results: 1. Additional Zhi Zhu soup treatment group at prior-treatment compared with healthy control group, SP decreased, VIP content increased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); Additional Zhi Zhu soup treatment group at post-treatment compared with prior-treatment, SP was increased, VIP was reduced, there is statistically significant difference (P <0.05); Additional Zhi Zhu soup treatment group at post-treatment compared with healthy control group, SP, VIP content was no significant difference (P> 0.05); 2. Additional Zhi Zhu soup treatment group at post-treatment compared with prior-treatment, the main symptoms a reduction in points, the difference has statistical significance (P <0.05); 3. The total effective rate Additional Zhi Zhu soup cured FC of Qi Deficiency Type Patient is 83.3%.Conclusions: 1. FC of Qi Deficiency Type Patient in patients with sigmoid colon mucosal SP content decreased, VIP content increased; 2. Enhance intestinal SP content and reduce the content of VIP is one of the possible mechanism of action of Additional Zhi Zhu soup curing FC of Qi Deficiency Type Patient; 3.Using Additional Zhi Zhu soup to cure FC of Qi Deficiency Type Patient was proved to have reliable therapeutic effect and not have obvious poison and side effect.
